Returns & Rights of Withdrawal

Custom-made, exclusively for you

At Blondeer, every piece is created specifically for the customer. Because our jewelry is individually designed and made according to your specifications, custom-made creations are not eligible for return or withdrawal once the order has been confirmed.

Under Swedish and European consumer law, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that generally applies to online purchases does not apply to goods that are made to a customer's specifications or are clearly personalized. 

Before your piece is created

We want you to feel completely confident in your creation before craftsmanship begins.

Your design will be finalized and presented to you for approval before we proceed. No crafting begins until you have approved your final design and confirmed that you wish to proceed with the purchase.

At this stage, you will also be clearly informed that, because your piece is custom-made to your specifications, the order cannot be returned under the statutory right of withdrawal once confirmed.

If there is a problem with your piece

Although custom-made jewelry cannot be returned simply because you have changed your mind, your statutory consumer rights remain fully protected.

If your jewelry arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or does not correspond to the agreed design, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assess the issue and, where applicable, provide the remedy required under applicable consumer law.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights you have under Swedish or applicable EU consumer legislation.

We understand that commissioning a custom piece is personal. That is why we place particular importance on the design approval process before craftsmanship begins.
